Well-planned Engineering

At Breman Wesco, we do not undertake anything without a solid plan. Before we put our professional team and state-of-the-art machines to work, we will conduct a thorough analysis with you to map out your situation, requirements, and ideas. We then take this information and work through it, following a step-by-step planning process.

Well-planned Engineering

1. Discussing
your requirements

What are your requirements and ideas? What challenges do you encounter when carrying out your activities? We meet with you to work out the details and get the right solutions on paper.

1. Discussing your requirements

2. Drafting a concept
3D design

With this initial input, our engineers draft the first 3D concept design. This gives us an outline of the equipment’s primary function in the context of your requested application. We then check to see if this design meets your needs and expectations.

2. Drafting a concept 3D design

3. Developing a detailed
3D design

Does the concept design fully meet your needs and expectations? Our engineers will then start work on a detailed 3D design. This design incorporates all the primary and secondary functions and features and includes detailed designs of each part.

3. Developing a detailed 3D design

4. Implementing an
FEM strength analysis

Once the detailed 3D design is approved, we subject it to a FEM strength analysis. We simulate and assess how the design responds to critical forces and identify areas that require adjustment.

4. Implementing an FEM strength analysis

5. Draughting
manufacturing blueprints

Does the solution designed have the desired strength, rigidity, stability, and durability? We then convert the design into detailed manufacturing blueprints. These blueprints contain all the required details to produce each part. You can also have your design certified by a certification body such as DNV or Lloyd's Register.
